About Me
I’m TszYing (Kuri), a biodynamic craniosacral practitioner and massage therapist. My work is shaped by my own healing journey and a deep respect for the body’s innate capacity to restore itself when it feels safe, supported, and held in presence.
Over time, I’ve come to trust the quiet power of gentleness, presence, and stillness. As Thích Nhất Hạnh reminds us, “The power of relaxation is profound. Our body already knows how to heal itself.” When we slow down and soften, the body naturally finds its way back to balance.
Oneness is the foundation of my work — a reminder that nothing within us is separate or alone. I hold a space rooted in nervous system care, nurturing, and neutrality; where energy can settle into the body, and where safety, softness, and stillness are gently cultivated. In this space, the body is invited to remember its natural state of equilibrium.
My approach honours the body’s own timing. Rather than force or correction, I listen for what is ready to soften — allowing muscles, fascia, and the nervous system to release naturally when safety is felt.
My Philosophy
I believe healing is not about fixing or changing who we are, but about creating the conditions for wholeness to be remembered. Every body carries its own wisdom, and every nervous system knows how to return to balance when it feels safe, supported, and met with presence.
My work is grounded in gentleness, neutrality, and deep listening. Through stillness, touch, and creative expression, I support the body and nervous system to soften, release, and integrate — allowing what has been held or fragmented to reunite naturally.
Oneness is the foundation of my approach. With two 'N's, two 'E's, and two 'S's, it reflects nervous system care, embodiment, and the cultivation of safety and stillness. Nothing within us is separate or broken; healing is a process of reunion and remembrance.
I do not work to create dependence. My intention is to support you in reconnecting with your own inner resources, stability, and self-trust. If one day you no longer feel the need to return, it means your body has remembered how to support itself — and in that, the work has succeeded.
I honour your rhythm and your pace. I walk alongside you for as long as it feels supportive, trusting that true healing empowers you to carry this sense of wholeness into your own life.
